Yipee... I just got back from my ROD today morning! Was good man the whole thing.. Sigh i've stepped down n gonna miss all you ppl in guides!! haha the program started at 2pm on sat afternoon. we went to sch where we were ushered in by our juniors. haha n our company photo this year is in tees & shorts!! usually its full u. haha cool!! yup then we went down into th wesley hall for the program the sec3s planned for us. we were treated like queens i assure you. haha sec1s so brave, they actually sang for us w/o the player..then watched them dance the malay dance.. so pretty.. hee yeah aft tt was the usual speech thing by me n zinc, prize presentation all tt.. then yippee! cut cake time! it's a chocolate fudge cake.. hmm.. yeah then it was patrol time where we exchangeg gifts.. hee got a personalised necklace n bracelet from them. n kleo gave me this little heart shape thingy tts so nice! got last year's company's camp VCD from miss ng too! yeah then oh gosh came the saboing time.. blindfolded us, led us to the field, put flour all over us n bomb us wth glitter water bombs!! ahhh! disaster! flour+water+glitter=inedible gook. its was stuck all over my hair n its very tough to get out.. had to shower wth just water n no soap!! so stinky.. yeah but we didnt think to bring soap.. nxt was steam boat!! wah shiok man..nice.. tho the food was too little but i really like it! aft tt we just let the juniors clear up while we tried to get the gook out of out hair n body again.
NXt its time to go for our overnight at East Coast!Was 8plus when we reached. The sch bus took us there n we realised our campsite was at a pavilion at some ulu spot beside bedok jetty.. haha miss ng chose there so tt we we can make as much noise as we want. we played treasure hunt, where they make us run all over Area F n its large ok! then the downpour came for alittle, leaving us running for shelter. but still aft tt was the food hunt! it was bout 10pm already.. n we went to the hawker centre there to play, tt was another stretch of road away(told ya our spot was so ulu) yeah play til midnight.. aft was supper there! miss ng gave us til 1.30 to eat! haha it was way past midnight n we were making so much noise there! yeah but aft tt we went back to th pavilion. we were up all night visiting the jetty was in awhile. Woah its extremely cold there brr!!yeah just talked all the way. Toilet was 15mins walk away k!! n in the middle of the night had to walk so far n quiet. but then dawn came where we just sat at the jetty to watch the sunrise! beautiful! yeah then slowly everyone was waking up when we got back to pavilion.. was nt tt tired still so we went into one of the empty tents to talk hee.. finally the bus came where we packed all the stuff to leave.. n we all slept like logs in the bus. i saw Eye bags everywhere!!!!
