Maybe its a mother's thing. The ability to speak baby language and know exactly what to do to try to make a child laugh or smile. To us, the uninitiated, our feeble and pathetic attempts at looking stupid goes horribly wrong..
Had the 3 powerpuff girls over today. Darn feel so old. In that 4 hrs, i've never been called 'auntie' so many times in my life. Technically i am, but still.. I cringe inside everytime i hear that insidious word.
Oh but they were wonderful kids. Long long time since i've gotten that played-in-bed-til-my-throat-is-dry-from-all-the-dust feeling. The bed was our play and battleground. Cant wait for them to grow up.. So cool to have 3 little girls.
