The Family & youth module is such a life saver. Mrs Anne Marie Gutiarrez is a darn right fantastic teacher. She's the rare adult that understands what we youths really want and need.. Her stories in lectures are just so insightful, makes us think about life and ourselves as an overall person. I just wish that friends who are going through difficult times could just come to her lesson and listen to her talk, you'll leave feeling so much better.
This module has no exams, no written test and our project's kinda cool compared to the others tt are learning language. Lets see, we have to come out with a mission statement for ourselves and a symbol that represents us. Her symbol is a light beam, her mission statement's this 'To show the love and the light and to be the love and light.' Whats yours? For me to do mine, i guess i need to do some soul searching. Because in our project we not only have to come out with that but also what we want to do with our lives 10 years down the road, 20 yrs down the road, 30... 40... 50.... and how are we going to let this mission statement stay true to ourselves through this time. Finally, write what people will say about you in your obituaries. Grins, thats the fun part. Anybody wanna give me an idea? =D
Im looking forward to it because in a way i've always been afraid of what im going to do and be in the future. Maybe this project will allow me to dream alittle... =) i have big dreams.
