Im here cause I just had char keow teow worth blogging about... Mmm mmm, its as tasty as the best char keow teow i've known, wch actually was in pasir ris... It took a couple months but i've finally found the best authentic chinese food place.. (Well, its kinda the unspoken past time of all singaporeans)
Anyway, good food always does wonder for the spirit.. Especially food that taste like its from home. I cant count the number of times where thoughts drifted off to the days spent with friends at the different places around singapore. Then it leads to me missing them, so even though they might not know it, each and everyone of them were a big part of the past years.
Its a week before the start of exams and its been such a great start to the year.. Im taking a 15min break from being at my desk all day and it feels darn right good lifting my head up from the maze of words and diagrams lying around. All the bits of me are right here on my desk, the words i live by, the places that i've tried to keep alittle of, the joy from bike rides and even my love for both tea and coffee has a space here. Arh well, ask me for each of their individual stories the next time you can catch me in the midst of my student life. I would love to sit down with you and share a cup of coffee or tea.
Its winter here! Brr... time for warm hugs, scarfs, jackets and boots. Heh, wouldnt that be nice but it isnt that cold yet. =/ I guess being a physio student, its simpler if we wear something that can be stripped off quickly.. Yeah, yeah, we're constantly taking our clothes off. Its funny how wallace puts it, like how you step into the physio rooms and you'll see many different people in the different states of semi nakedness touching each other. Haha, the words 'Be prepared to be touched, like you've never been touched before' came into mind and then both of us shiver at that thought. Its just weird knowing that by the time you're in year 4, we'll be very comfortable taking our shirt and pants off without hesitation to stand in front of a stranger or your classmates. Strange eh?
